Hi and welcome to Rintin.com. This site has been running since the 4th May 2002. The site used to be quite large, with a range of mini sites that contained my fandom obsessions, but now it's just a small place to keep my stuff. Please leave a msg anytime! - Rin |
Thursday 21.02.08 I'm back into playing golf, and last week I lost, and overall my team lost. Haha, I suck. But it's ok, there are still 3 more rounds and we can certainly win those! It's been weird playing again, I haven't played consistently for more than half a year (I think) and it was kind of nice playing again. I just get mixed feelings about it, but yeah, I am enjoying it. And it's probably really beneficial that I'm getting some form of exercise done. So, uni starts up again next week. And here I sit wondering where the hell my holidays went and what did I do?? But looking back, I did do quite a bit. I wasn't completely wasting my time doing nothing (like I usually do), and I made use of it. For one, I worked quite a bit and have saved the majority of it for my New York fund. So that's a plus. Yeah, it was a good holiday...I'll make peace with it and forgive it for going by so quickly :P I watched the Prison Break finale...it wasn't too bad. It definitely set up the storylines for next season, but the show is never going to be the same. I like, cried when LJ gave Michael the paper flower and then the flashback to that scene from season one, it felt like a LIFETIME ago. Back when the show was so amazing and one of the best at the time. Sigh, stupid writers. Worst decision in the history of TV!! I'm really liking LOST at the moment as well. I see Jack/Kate happening this season, I do, I do. *waves goodbye to Sawyer* Everyone knows it, deal with it. Muhaha. Chris Walla has released his debut album "Field Manual", and I think I'm going to go and order it today. I'm really interested in hearing his own music, because I already think he is a genius guitar player and producer. And I love his sound, so I'm thinking the CD will be worth buying. I've heard his single "Sing Again" and it's not bad. I feel this urge to support him as a soloist, hehe. But I also hope that he never leaves DCFC, which I don't think he will. Also, he should produce T&S next album. Ok, THANKS. I also hear that DCFC are releasing a new album in May, which I am really excited for. I just watched a little teaser video on their site, and when I saw Chris and Jason I squee'd because it just reminds me of the T&S Con dvd so much. And how amazingly talented they both are, e ee e e. :) Remember: Tegan "let's be twins forever!" |
Tuesday 12.02.08 Ok, so one of the bigger events that has happened during the break, is that Sophy came to Sydney to visit and we went and saw Tegan and Sara. Life = Complete. I saw Tegan and Sara, seriously. Complete. And I got it all on video. Complete. *Sighs happily* I really should upload it all to YouTube and share it with everyone, but can I be bothered? Not yet. Or maybe it's just greed :-? Only Rophy has it. MUHAHAHA. I'll probably do it soon. But yes, most amazing band, ever. I'm trying to be objective, but my two favourite bands, Tegan and Sara and Dashboard Confessional are just phenomenal live, and I've witnessed it. Lucky much? Tegan and Sara were also so cute and funny, and whilst it mostly seems like a blur because it was quite a while ago now, I remember just being dumbfounded the whole time. How can they be that talented and still be hilarious. Darwins theory. A few hours ago, I just made my first Tegan and Sara wallpapers, and I was amazed that I haven't made 100 previous ones. But whatevs. I'm lazy, I know. Anyhoo, they're on my desktops at the moment, and also available if you click on the thumbnails on the left. I really love the second one actually, it's pretty simple but somehow effective. And the first one is kind of 'typical Rin'. Tangent: Saying 'typical Rin' reminds me of the Ugly Betty episode where Eliza Dushku guest starred and she was hilarious and said 'classic me'. Ahahhh. I love it. So lately I've been watching a whole bunch of random movies, things I've never heard of and things I've just wanted to see. The better of the lot were 'Into the Wild' and 'In The Land Of Women'. Two completely different types of movies, but on some level, both fundamentally the same. Simple messages about humanity, which were done really nicely in their own ways. ITLOW is a lot more commercial and straight-forward, Adam Brody is the lead for God's sake. It was nice to see Meg Ryan though. And ITW has that 'indie' feel to it, and is based on a true story about a man (Chris) who donates his entire college fund to charity, in pursuit of complete freedom from society. That sort of deal. Emile Hirsch is pretty brilliant in it. One thing that connects both these movies is Kristen Stewart, who has fast become a dot on my radar. She seems very real and natural when she is acting, which sort of draws you in. She's pretty young, so it'd be cool to see what she does in the future and how her career pans out. 'Juno' is also all kinds of amazing. And everyone knows it, so I won't really go into it. Other movies I enjoyed: Bee Movie, Hairspray, Half Nelson, Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium, Stardust (RICKY!!). Now for TV land. 'The Sarah Connor Chronicles' has started to air and it has done incredibly well so far. I'm so happy for Lena and everyone else who is involved with it. I've started to really like Summer and Dekker cause of it as well! Summer is hilarious as a Terminator and I find myself laughing at her everytime she is onscreen. I can't help it, her deadpan face and awkwardness win me over. Personally, I'm really enjoying the show, not just because Lena is in it, but I genuinely think it's a good show. Of course, Lena is the best thing about it, her acting is way too good for TV, but the lines between the small and big screen are much more blurred these days. I'm very keen on what happens next with this show. Next obsession? 'Project Runway'. God. I cannot get enough of this show. I get a little sad everytime an episode ends, because I know it's getting really close to the end now, and I never want it to end! I won't lie, I'm a huge Christian fan, despite how much of a bitch he is. I find him hilarious and fierce. Haaaaahahaha. I also like Gillian's clothes. The rest I don't really care for much. House is back. I love the episodes where Cameron actually has lines. Fuck, I miss the original team. So much, and I'm really hoping they bring them back. Like seriously? What the hell were the first 3 years for if you're not even going to use those storylines anymore. It's a real shame that Jesse and Jennifer hardly get screen time anymore. Damn writers. It's Kate Jacobs and Lisa Edelsteins doing, bitches. David Shore needs to take the reigns back and remember that he is a huge Housecam shipper and to stop toying with us and just GIVE US WHAT WE WANT. OK? I'm still angry with Prison Break. I only watch it out of habit. WTF happened to Heroes? HAahahah, I've forgotten. 24, not back yet. LOST. I love LOST. You will never let me down. *pats LOST* Scrubs, please come back soon. Ugly Betty, Amanda = best. I should get a job in the entertainment business. It clearly is my life. Haha. Speaking of life, I bought myself an iPod Touch. Ohhh it's pretty. Real pretty. I can't wait to use it at uni, whilst sitting in lectures I can just check facebook and chat to friends. Oh the joys. Anyhoo, I think that's pretty much it for now. Auf Wiedersehen. Remember: to take the hinges off the door |
Wednesday 03.10.07 First up? TV season is back. Oh. My. God. ALL NEW House, Prison Break, Heroes and Ugly Betty? I almost can't take this sudden influx of TV shows, it's too much for my little TV heart. But, I'm not going to complain because after watching the current episodes I realise how much I've missed watching them. House? AMAZING. Prison Break? AMAZING. Heroes? PRETTY GOOD. Ugly Betty? AMAZING!!! I don't want to spoil anything for anyone, but the show I am loving beyond anything Friday 05.10.07 In other departments? Well, I finally got a job. YAY MONIES. I work in retail at a place called Howards Storage World, which is basically homewares that focuses on storing stuff in your home. It's not as dorky as you may be thinking...although I do wear an apron :-? Anyhoo, I've been enjoying it and the pay is decent enough, so I'm happy with it. Basically what made me get a job, was the fact that I needed to save up a whole heap of money because I'm planning to go away next year (July) to NEW YORK!! Omg, excitement I could pee. So I'm trying to save up as much as I can, to make the most of it, even though I've already spent lots of money on new shiny things, but it should all work out fine in the end. I have faith :) I bought the new Dashboard Confessional album and so far, I love it. It was really awesome to hear new stuff and there is definitely a little change in Chris' sound which is good. He described it as an album that went back to the basics, mostly acoustic stuff which is really beautiful. I love The Shade of Poison Trees. I'll probably marry it, and Chris while I'm at it. Mrs. Cararararaba 8-> I'm on my 2nd week of mid semester uni break, which hasn't really seemed like a holiday since I've been working so much. But it's good, I needed a break. Next week should be really busy, and totally not looking forward to that. Apparently we're supposed to do some work during the break....WHO KNEW? Ok, so till next time...take care. :) Remember: to keep your fingers and toes warm to prevent them from getting frost bite :) |
Monday 20.08.07 Um, the Harry Potter book came out. And since it's been like a month since it came out, I think spoilers are fair-game because any true fan would have read it by now. I thought it was good, but disappointing. The storyline was fine, but I'm not sure about the whole Deathly Hollows...I mean naming the final book after them and then introducing them only in this book, and then having them not even matter. It just seemed a bit unecessary. Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a dislike for Harry/Ginny and Hermione/Ron. I just don't think the pairings fully worked, well Hermione/Ron made a bit more sense than Harry/Ginny, and then to have the epilogue that read like a poorly written fanfiction was totally a let down. I definitely expected some more brilliance from JK Rowling, like in books 1-5. Oh well. Also, I found it so lame that Harry/Ginny and Hermione/Ron are (assumed to be) married and have kids with probably the worst names I've ever heard. Yuck. What else is new? Um, Tegan and Sara released an album called The Con. I will admit I wasn't a die hard t&s fan, as I only really had 4 songs of theirs. Where Does The Good Go, I Know I Know I Know, Don't Confess and You Wouldn't Like Me. I liked all of the 4 songs (soph sent them) but I didn't really pursue them. When The Con came out...that changed. I'm pretty much obsessed with them now and listen to nothing but them, which has been going for 3 weeks now! It reminds me of when I first watched RENT and didn't stop listening to the soundtrack for weeks on end. Anyhoo, The Con is hands down my favourite album of this year so far. I say so far, because I just learned that Dash are releasing a new album in Oct...more on that later. There is NO song on The Con that I don't like, or would not listen to over and over. And every day I have a new favourite song off it. After that I pretty much got their 4 previous albums and I love all of their music, save a few songs which I occassionally skip (e.g. Our Trees). It's so nice to see their music evolve and grow and how experimental they are. I really don't see my love for them dying down anytime soon, especially since I have tickets for when they COME HERE ON TOUR in December. I'm omgwtfbbq so excited, and I also bought a ticket for Soph -- who will be visiting then!!! And one of my uni friends who is a big t&s too <3. I already know it will be an extremely memorable day. To anyone who knows of t&s I strongly suggest you get The Con, if you haven't already. And if you haven't heard of t&s...well they're not for everybody but I do hope you at least listen to some of their stuff. I think their previous album, So Jealous is one of their more accessible albums, so start with that and then get The Con. OH ALSO, (can't you tell by how much I'm ranting that I really love them?) their album came with a freakin' 1.5hour movie about the album and making the album. It is sheer brilliance in every way. t&s are hilarious, and adorable. YOU WILL LOVE THEM. Btw, they are Canadian twins, and The Con was produced by Chris Walla from Death Cab For Cutie. So now that, that's over. I just learnt from randomly looking at MySpace (myspace is lame), that Dashboard are releasing a new album, out Oct 2nd!!!!!! I can't believe it, it just seems like yesterday that they released Dusk and Summer! I'm excited for it, but it's being a bit supressed by my t&s love. It's weird. I have a really hard time replacing things that I label as 'my favourite'...I can't let go of things that easily. I'm terribly nostalgic, but we'll see what happens when it comes out! What else, what else. Oh more music news. Haha. Rilo Kiley, once again I wasn't a huge fan before and Soph had been trying to get me onto them for agesss, but it took some prodding. Finally I caved and listened to more of their stuff and fell in love. They're really MUSICIANS/ARTISTS in every sense, and I love that. Their new album is coming out soon, called Under The Blacklight...but it has been leaked on the internet. Somehow it got onto my computer *shrugs*. Anyhoo, I've listened to it briefly (once again..t&s are taking up all of my listening time) and it's a great album. There are a few songs on it which to me, seem like RK are trying completely new things and I loveeee it. One of my faves off it is Give A Little Love, which has this rnb feel to it and I find it really intriguing and awesome. The title track is also made of awesome. AND SILVER LINING!!! I'm trying hard not to start talking about t&s again. What is wrong with me :((. Maybe because I'm bopping along like crazy to Back In Your Head. OH, some new House promos came out recently and everyone looks so good (except edelstein). I'm really excited for when it comes back! I cannot wait, and it was a relief to see the cast promos with the regulars, considering all of the talk about how they're changing the format and House is going to get a whole new team and stuff. So, I'm thinking cause there were no new people in the photos, that there is nothing to worry about because the regulars will never be fully replaced. Luckily or I would send so much anthrax to the writers/execs it would not be funny. I guess anthrax is never really funny, but still. Ok this entry is turning into an essay, so I better stop. Hope everyone is well :) SubliminalYOUWILLLOVETEGANANDSARAYOUWILLmessage Remember: when I was so strange and loveable. |
Friday 25.05.07 Heroes has been the new kid on the block this year, and has become one of the most popular shows this year. I've really enjoyed watching it, and for a first season, I thought they did great. I liked the finale, and it was good because they had wrapped up some of the storylines, but also left quite a few open for next season. One of the more interesting things was, Molly talking about the person she can't find because if she does it, he can see her. I want to know what that's all about! 24, I've been a massive 24 fan for ages...I used to love it so much that I said it was better than Buffy at times (shock, horror.), and now it has just finished it's 6th season. I still have to say that I thought the 3rd/4th season were the best, mainly because I looovvedddd Tony/Michelle so much. I liked this season, they actually let something really damaging happen, and I also like how it's not just middle-easten terrorists they're focusing on. It's the DAMN Chinese! DAMN YOU CHINESE. And once again, they have an incompetent president, which is really frustrating and proves that the only way to go is to have black presidents. I liked the finale, especially near the end when Jack made his big speech, hehe. And to the people who still don't like 24, and say 'how can so much happen in one hour' all the time.. just get.thefuck.over it. And go watch your beloved Grey's Anatomy, you fool. /angryGArant Veronica Mars. Ok, this one is hard, because..VERONICA MARS GOT AXED AND IS NEVER COMING BACK :( So of course, I had huge, huge, huge expectations. I'm really going to miss the show, as Veronica is one of my favourite TV characters in general...I find her endlessly amusing and entertaining, especially in the way she is with Kieth (too adorable). The finale was ok. I liked how they at least attempted to try and bring it full circle, but it was pity that you could tell they were trying to do so. I liked how they left Veronica/Logan, and I also don't mind Veronica/Piz. I mean, I like Logonica, but I'm not a die-hard shipper like I am a housecam shipper. Mainly because Logan annoys me too much at times, and does really stupid things. Even though VM has never really been as good as its first season, I'm going to miss it loads! And nooooow LOST. This would have to be my favourite finale out of the lot. It was absolutely BRILLIANT. The twist at the end?! Omg, I didn't see that coming one bit, and now it just makes everything so much more interesting and I cannot wait until the show comes back. It pretty much had everything, and I've got to say I've enjoyed this season much more than 2. And it's getting back to what made it really good in 1. I liked what they did with Charlie, and it made sense and it was a 'heroic' death of sorts. I was like, hysterically sobbing at the Jack/Kate... It was just so unexpected and out of the blue, but also not. I just like how Jack plain and simply told Kate that he loved her. It could have not been more perfect, because it was just honest and true, and Kates reaction was sorta heartbreaking. In a way, because she's so torn between Jack/Sawyer. ANYHOO, I'm sure they'll drag it out right to the end. Which is in another 3 seasons, BAH! I love LOST, and still think it's one of the best dramas currently on TV. And next week, it's the House finale! And then after that, I pretty much don't know what I'm going to do with myself! Well, I have holidays next week! Muhaha, for about 2 months. Which will be goooood. I'm not sure what I'm doing yet, but I'm sure a lot of bumming around. Also my birthday is coming up soonish, so yay for that. Oh also, I saw Pirates 3 last night. It was good enough, but I still think the first one is the best. It kind of lost some of its charm along the way. And it tries to be more complicated than it needs to be at times...Anyhoo Kiera, you're not Lena Headey ;)) Remember: pipecleaner > you |
Tuesday 17.04.07 Um, I saw John Mayer on the 12th of April, and he was AWESOME. Go here for a recount with vids and pictures! Awww, he's the second best live! (second to Dashboard!) I sawwww 300 at IMAX. And.. oh my god. Like I wasn't obsessed enough with Lena Headey? 300 increased it by like a million points. She's a stand-out performance and the movie was really enjoyable as well. I loved it, the whole cinematic feel, the design of it...awesome. We've opened a forum for Chemistry, which has been open for a little over 2 weeks now, but it's really taken off! We have 63 registered users and 5659 posts at the moment! It's good fun, and I'm really happy it's been doing so well. If you're a fan of either Piper and Lena, you're very welcome to join! :) I'm still really happy with the website, it's like.. Rophy's illegitimate love child :-? Anyhoo, I think that's all for now! I have lots of due dates coming up, so better get to work! Oh, song of the moment: Pink - Leave Me Alone (I'm Lonely) ..the album version :D Remember: all I ask for is.. :) |
Sunday 18.03.07 I have reupload and reorganised and remodelled my fanart site/section. So yeah, that took a while and it's all updated etc. I'll work on my vids section a bit later, maybe next week after uni. Visit http://piperandlena.com http://piperandlena.com http://piperandlena.com http://piperandlena.com Yesterday I participated in CityChase and you do it in teams of 2, but we had a group of 6 and just worked together anyway. It was really fun and tiring! I'm really sore today and can hardly walk, ROFL. We finished in 4 hours and 50 minutes and I think we came around 160 outta like 600 teams. So, go us! Some of the challenges were like, sudoku or eat worms, go to Kirribilli house and take a picture with a cutout John Howard, scavanger hunt including items such as a carrot, a condom, a mcdonalds straw, pole dancing, blind-folded sewing, create a limmeric, get zip-tied to 4 other people and run around the city. Yeah, that's just some of them, and there was also quite a lot of travelling and running around. It was lots of fun, but would of liked to have some harder challenges! Anyhoo, uni is getting pretty busy...got a lot of work to do so thank God I only go in 3 times a week! It's stressful enough as it is! I haven't done any work on my time off this week though, which is pretty bad. :) I have my 6 panel comic due this Wednesday, and I haven't made the changes yet. Better do that. Eeheh. Anyhoo. better go. Remember: we're slow dancing in a burning room |
Monday 12.03.07 I can't believe it's March already, that's so insane. This year is going by really quick, but I am kind of glad in a way. I'm settling into a routine, uni on Mon/Tues/Wed, and then doing uni work and other stuff. So, it works well because I actually do catch up on my work on my days off. Hopefully I can keep that up. I've done a ton of stuff since my last post, but I can't really be bothered to write about it. I think I should just mention the new fansite I recently opened with Sophy. You can easily guess the topic, it's for Piper Perabo and Lena Headey. My latest obsessions if you will. OH, and I should mention, I changed my hosting service. Which is why a whole bunch of stuff doesn't work, because I haven't reuploaded everything quite yet. Anyhoo, the website is http://piperandlena.com (I BOUGHT THE DOMAIN OMG) and the website is called Chemistry, I love it, it's gonna be huge. Remember: I can spell confusion with a K and I can like it. |
Thursday 08.02.07 I've seen Apocalypto and Stranger Than Fiction since my last post, and both were pretty good. I'd have to say I enjoyed Stranger Than Fiction more. It's probably because I love Will Ferrel, and even though I went in expecting a comedy, it was actually pretty serious. I liked the concept and the storyline, so I was happy...and there were a few laughs anyway! I didn't realise the cast was so big too, besides Will there was Emma Thompson, Dustin Hoffman, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Buster from Arrested Development! HAha. I also got Ripley's Game on DVD, which was ok. Of course I mainly got it for Lena Headey! :D She's awesome in it. OMG YAY. My mum just handed me a package that came in the mail, the rest of my DVDs that I ordered! Coyote Ugly (HAHAHAHAH) and Gossip! Piper and Lena!!! I'll watch them when I get back from enrolment...which I have to go to now. So goodbye! Remember: noone is waiting for you. |
Monday 22.01.07 I saw Deja Vu yesterday, and thought it was pretty good and interesting. It gets you thinking at least, which I like. However I think the storyline between the two mains was pretty weak...it was a nice build up, but then the actual process was poor. I've started to watch Ugly Betty as well, which I'm thoroughly enjoying. I've been wanting to watch it for sometime now, but never got around to it. Finally a couple nights ago I started, and I'm up to episode 4 now. The overall production feels very Devil Wears Prada, and I know it wasn't based on the book/movie, but the 'feel' of it is similar. I love the difference of Betty's MODE world, and her home life in Queens. I love all the characters, except the dad and the evil woman in the shadows...dunno who that is yet! I'm thinking Fey..but...WHO KNOWS. Anyway, better get back to watching the tennis! OH, I also got my passport today! YAY. I can travel! Remember: you can't make friends with salad! |
Thursday 18.01.07 On Tuesday I got my DVD of The Cave, which has both Lena and Piper in it. Movie was pretty shit, but Lena and Piper were in it, so that made up for it. Hehe. I wish movies didn't release in Australia so behind the Americans, damnit, why do you think we support you in the war? Not for our own safety, but so we can GET MOVIES AND TV SHOWS AT THE SAME TIME AS YOU! Stupid. There are so many movies I want to watch that are coming out: Stranger Than Fiction, 300, Freedom Writers, For Your Consideration, Smokin' Aces, Because I Said So... etc. Movies make the world go round! Remember: hukurtousecamorophy!!! |
Monday 15.01.07 I saw The Pursuit of Happyness (spelt with a 'y' omg!) when it premiered on the 11th, and I really loved it. At times the pace of the film is a bit slow, but overall it's really great. Really nice acting from Will Smith and his son Jaden too! Thandie was good too, not like I would care if she was crap because she's the reason IMAY was made! (She's married to the writer and director Ol Parker, who based the story on himself falling in love with Thandie at first sight!) Anyhoo, not much else is new. Although, in a couple of days (I think) I will know if I got into my university course. I really don't know what to expect, I've prepared myself for both outcomes. I'm sure I'll post about it when I know. Best be off, someone is practically breathing down my neck to get this layout up. :P Remember: I don't really see why we need a limit! |
Tuesday 02.01.07 I've seen a few movies since my last entry: Happy Feet: Saw it on the same day, hah. Anyhoo, Happy Feet is gorgeous! It's really sweet and cute, and funny. Has heaps of Australian people in it too, which is great! The animation is really incredible too, and scenes of the landscape look so realistic that I'm wondering if they actually used real footage. Hmm. The Holiday: This movie finally made me give in to the Jude Law craze. Haha. Jack Black is also awesome, and Kate Winslet, and Cameron Diaz. So, ok..we've established everyone is 'awesome.' Whilst all romcoms (haha romcom) are essentially the same, I'm not going to complain. Yes, some parts are corny, but when did corny become such a bad thing? Imagine if you were standing there looking into Jude Laws eyes and he did something corny... I dare you to say you would step back and roll your eyes, mumbling about how lame he is. Hehe. ALSO, one part of the movie was pratically *stolen* from House. But I guess you can't say no to good writing. NYE was pretty much a bust for me. But that's ok. Although I do have to admit, fireworks suck when you're not there watching it live...and off your face. But whatever! Remember: you had time [ani difranco] |
Friday 15.12.06 Ok, my recent obsession is the movie Imagine Me & You... British romantic comedy 'with a twist' is basically how it was marketed. I think it came out in cinemas Jan '06, so I'm a bit behind! Anyhoo, it is a really adoringly cute film and I love it. I even feel a new layout coming on, hehe. But yeah, you should definitely check it out.
Um so, CHRISTMAS IS NEARLY HERE! I can't believe that it's here again so soon! Happy happy. I still have about 100 presents to buy, which will be a bit of a struggle, but I plan to do that soon. The only bad thing about going Christmas shopping, is that I always end up buying an equal amount of presents for myself. :) 'One for you, one for me' sorta deal. Oh there was a new House episode to tide us over the Xmas break that came out this week, "Merry Little Christmas." It was an awesome episode! It had midgets :) Remember: .....I won't remember anything else. |
Tuesday 07.11.06 Anyhoo, last Friday I went to see John Mayer at the Enmore Theatre..and it was amazing! He is such a talented performer, between his voice and unbelievably good guitar playing. I went with my friend Monica who is a bigger JM fan than me, and I know she really enjoyed it. He opened with Bigger Than My Body, which was a good choice because as soon as he started playing the intro, the crowd really got into it and it was nonstop from there! Um..heres a muddled, inaccurate setlist.. Bigger Than My Body I love Slow Dancing in a Burning Room so much. It just sounds so romantic and sad and bitter and everything good in a song. Mayertastic! Oh yeh, before I forget. I love Scrubs! Thanks for forcing me to watch it Richard, and lending me the DvDs..yes you're the best blah blah :P I'm all caught up to season five! JD/Elliot please. please. please. please. Thankyou! p.s. SOPHY IS COMING TO SYDNEY THIS WEEKEND TO SEE U2 AND WE'RE GONNA MEET UP!!! EEEE Remember: you'll be a bitch because you can. |
Friday 27.10.06 Tuesday
Wednesday Thursday Sunday Monday So, that's what I watch. Not to mention, the Queer Eyes and Oprahs I try to catch! And you are probably wondering how in the name of all things good and holy I have time to do anything, well the good thing about that is that I don't. So.. yeh :) Did I mention I love The Office UKUKUKUKUK now? And occasionally watch that. Which reminds me, Sophy and I have created the Timdawn fanlisting, so join up! Ray of Sunshine. I LOVE TIMDAWN. THEY ARE #2 SHIP OF ALL TIME. SRSLY. David Brent is also my hero, and we have a poster of him in our computer room now. :) Remember: ...I got some hot love on the hotlove highway. |
Thursday 28.09.06 HOUSE. No television show currently on air is better. Oh my God. It has been so amazing lately. Especially on the housecam front, hahaha /lame. I know I am, but what are you? Wait, that's not how it goes! Anyhoo, I don't want to spoil it too much incase you aren't up to S3..but.. I'm proud of you and You have pretty hair and *taps desk* Make yourself at home and Change is all bad..it's not true you know. OMG. But now, the world series baseball is on. WHO CARES. STUPID BASEBALL. House won't be back till the end of Oct. FOUR WEEKS AWAY. DIRTY BASEBALLERS =;=;=; omg =;=;=; *curses the sport to the heavens* Life has been busy lately, just .. stuff ;)) I've been catching up with friends a lot recently, which has been really nice. I even 'taught' some friends how to play golf, and I put taught in inverted commas because I really didn't do anything along the lines of teaching. I've been to Max Brenner *drools* Seen Material Girls, which was ok.. just a fun chick flick kind of movie. What can you really expect from the Duff sisters. Done some shopping here and there. Randomly driven to visit friends. Etc. etc. Remember: HOUSECAMHOUSECAMHOUSECAM!!! Say it 50 times fast. |
Friday 15.09.06 HEhehe I'm giggling at the moment, cause I have two lovely people telling me they love the layout, and it's been up for less than a minute. :"> Thanks guys :"> You know who you are ;) Anyhooo, I love housecam. Pretty much. OH I've seen two movies this week. Clerks II and John Tucker Must Die. Two comedies. I would have to say Clerks II is the better of the two, (OMG PUN?!) and I was laughing quite loudly in the cinema whilst watching it. But John Tucker is enjoyable too. I think I enjoyed Clerks II more because Rosario is in it aswell :"> And well.. you know.. Rosario! RENT RENT RENT RENT, WE'RE NOT GONNA PAYYY. Ok. I should go before I start reciting the musical. Word for word. Remember: housecam is the ship to end all ships. Srsly. Go die in a fire if you think otherwise. Thankyou ^^ |
Friday 08.09.06 SHORT VIDEOS The Good Fight Yes, the day finally came (and sadly went) but Dashouse day was awesome. I still can't believe I saw Dashboard Confessional live. Chris is quite simply, amazing. His vocals are outstanding, and I was in awe of just how good they are live. Even after listening to their MTV Live album over and over again, and knowing they were a great live band, it was really nice to see and hear it in person. The atmosphere was great, even though there were some real idiots in the crowd! I was standing on the floor, in the 3rd row. So very close, but eventually ended up a few more rows back due to humungus boys and some bitch pushing in front. I hate them. I got really annoyed. I hope they die in a fire :) Anyhoo, I can't remember the setlist completely, but I know they played almost all of my favourites. Even though there are still so many I would have liked to hear ;)) Um um, heres a really rough list: Heaven Here Encore: That's really out of order, but I think that's the gist :) It was soooo unbelievably hot and sweaty and gross and my ribs still hurt even though it was two days ago, but it was all worth it. This is one of those 'things to do before I die' type of thing, so it's nice to say that I have now seen them. :P Don't worry, I have some more meaningful things to do on that list, like ... earn money. Um. ENJOY THE PHOTOS AND VIDEO (even though they're short, and often jumpy cause of the jumping.) AND BEFORE I FORGET OMAFARGO. House is back. It's back. It's back and it brought with it the joys of housecam. Dashouse was the best day ever :) Hands Down. Remember: to breathe. Simply really! |
